Policy details on the new Holidays Act replacement are being announced on 23 September 2025.  We have secured a special briefing on 8 October 2025 from 11 am to 12 pm, which will provide more specific details of the changes.

More details will be published as they become available, but this is a critical update for payroll, as the current Holidays Act has caused untold issues for payroll.

Please understand any change to the present act is some time away, so the update is not about changing anything NOW.
