Please note: From paying your membership subs, you have two months (from the payment date) to claim your guide. Also, no guide will be provided if claimed in Jan of the next year to when the invoice was issued (as NZPPA stops production of guides at the start of the new year for the previous year). If you have claimed your guide using the method below and have not received the guide, please check your spam folder for the tracking information, as your guide was sent by courier. If no tracking email can be found you have two months (from when the member subs invoice was paid) to raise this with NZPPA (no guide will be sent after this time), please email: [email protected]
NZPPA members get access to the NZPPA Payroll Practice Guide online for FREE and that version is updated throughout the year as any new changes happen. On paying your annual membership subs from 2024 going forward you can also order 1 physical copy per membership year of the latest copy of the guide (as at the time of ordering).
To ensure there are no issues on delivery please FULLY complete the order form that can be accessed below and then select submit to place your order.
All guides will be sent by parcel post track and trace (we will not be sending out tracking details unless there are issues with the guide not being received). If there are issues with the address provided NZPPA will not be sending a replacement guide as it is up to the member to ensure your delivery address details are fully correct.
Delivery timeframe: Guides will be sent once a week from NZPPA (on a Monday for any orders received in the previous week, we do not hold quantities of guides as changes can be made at any time and we always print the latest version of the guide.
Which membership types can get the FREE guide?
The FREE physical copy of the NZPPA Payroll Practice Guide is only available to the following membership types: Individual, Company, Not for Profit, Overseas and Corporate.
Other NZPPA membership types: Small Businesses and NZBAI can purchase the physical copy of the guide at the discounted rate of $87.50 + GST (FREE postage within NZ) to order email: [email protected]
