Later that same day, 1/1/2025, they started work again at 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Do we pay them time and a half again for both shifts?

A: Yes, they would get 1.5 for both times they worked on the public holiday. Also, was the day an otherwise working day for the employee? If so, they would also be entitled to one alternative day.
