Q: I was just wondering who would see and keep the record for Visa’s, Payroll or HR?
I was looking after the visas and making sure having them on record and updating the payroll system, but HR want to take this and they keep the record and will inform me if it needs to be update on payroll system or they will change it.
Also for Visa’s is the visa view check on the website enough to keep as a record if we don’t received the immigration letter from the employees?
A: This is not covered by legislation but sits more with HR than payroll.
