Q: We have an employee who wishes to gift some holidays to another employee. Is it possible to do this and if so how do we do it?

A: You cannot gift minimum entitlement provided under the Holidays Act. If you provided more than the act as this is agreed you could gift it, if the employer agreed as it was agreed leave provided to the employee by the employer.
