A full time employee who is working 37.5 hrs is entitled to 10 days of leave, however an employee who is working PT hrs e.g. 20 hrs per week will received pro-rated entitlement on anniversary as below.
5.3333 days (10 days /37.5 hrs * 20 hrs)
Is this understanding correct.
A: The employee gets 10 days even if part time based on what a day is for the employee not proportionately.
