A: Are they your employee or still under an employment agreement for another business (entity)?
Sick leave is always paid as per the Holidays Act so RDP if the day can be defined or ADP is the day cannot be defined.
Q: Still under us just on a short term secondment with a higher hourly rate
A: If the day or the week has been agreed RDP or ADP (average) is based on what that is at the time leave is taken.
