Query on paying a Public Holiday Worked for salary staff

Q: I need to know the correct way of paying an Employee who is on salary and worked 4 hours on a Public Holiday.

His normal Salary Contract $74,000 P.A is 10 days/ 80 hours per fortnight but he worked a Public Holiday of 4 hours. I paid him 76 hours actually worked for the fortnight- being 72 Ordinary hours (9 days) and 4 hours at Time & Half for the Public Holiday he actually worked. Then credited him 1x 8 hour ALT Lieu day. I have attached a copy of his Payslip for the week. This meant he was short by $71.16 for the actual day he worked the 4 hours.
I have also attached the Clause as per his Employee Contract

A: The act states he gets paid 1.5 for actual hours worked + the Alt day (if an otherwise working day).  The Alt Day is the compensation for working on the PH.  So it actual work out more if you add the Alt day and what was paid on the PH.
