Q: We have two employees whose employment agreements state they do not get paid for Stat Days because the client does not pay us for these days. Are we allowed to do this?

A: Wishful thinking but NO, they are your employees the law applies to your relationship with them, whatever deal the company has done with the client does not effect employee rights to get paid for PH’s.
