LWOP and Sick leave

Q: I understand Annual leave is not accrued during extended periods of LWOP, but does the anniversary date for Sick leave also get pushed out until return to normal duties?

A: If an employer provides unpaid leave of greater than a week (first week is counted as continuous employment by law), it is  a matter of agreement is this is counted or not counted as continuous employment.

FBAPS leave is not effected if annual holidays is pushed out.
