Q: I have a client who would like us to process their payroll. Their worker is contracted for a minimum of 120 hours a month however he tends to work 60-70hours a week. What would his sick leave entitlement be?

A: Can you define what a day is for the employee.  Based on working variable hours the rate would be determined by using ADP.
