Q: We would like to confirm if we can develop the KiwiSaver Form in our employee self-service system by following all the required fields in the paper form? Or IRD has a requirement that the employees must fill in the paper form?

A: The KS 2 requires a wet signature signed by the employee.  IRD does not accept an electronic signature as the employee declares what has been stated on the form is true and correct.
