What is the timeline for us to supply this information?

A: Here are the different timeframes:

• Under the Employment Relations Act if the employee requests their current terms and conditions you have 7 days
• Wage and time does state immediately
• There is nothing in law about payslips unless it has been agreed to be provided so the Privacy Act would apply 20 working days

-If they requested their Holidays and Leave record it states as soon as practicable.
