Q: We have a casual worker, he is only rostered on Saturdays, however, on 25th June, the branch was closed, so, we didn’t ask him to come to work Now, he is thinking we should pay him for that day, because he is thinking it was his rostered day to work.

A: If you have an employee that works every Saturday they are not  a casual but at least a part time employee so Saturday is their agreed work day.
