A: The employee can only have 1 week of current entitlement paid out in the current entitlement year. Accrual is not time accrual under the act is 8% of gross so that is why it cannot be paid out (except it is paid as leave in advance of entitlement when the employee takes leave before it is entitled).
Depending on the payroll software it may be stopping you because it does not meet the criteria.
