New Zealand Payroll Practitioners Association 2008 (NZPPA 2008) Conference Booking Form – General Attendance

Complete the following form if you would like to attend the conference as a delegate. The form can be completed and submitted online.

Cancellations – Refund

We require four weeks’ notice of a cancellation to allow for a full refund (because of venue booking requirements). Registrations that are cancelled with less than four weeks’ notice will not be eligible for a refund, but participants will receive all conference handout material. Substitute participants are always welcome.
