She founded Ontrack Bookkeeping over 23 years ago to support small businesses with practical, real-world financial guidance. Through Ontrack and the Small Business Training Hub, Di shares tools and insights that help entrepreneurs understand their numbers and build businesses they love. - Sonya Prosper (MYOB)
Sonya is a Partner Engagement Manager at MYOB, connecting and supporting partners such as bookkeepers, accountants, and small businesses. She brings a wealth of experience from her own bookkeeping practice and is passionate about empowering the bookkeeping community through connection, innovation, and technology. Sonya authored the latest edition of “MYOB for Dummies,” providing essential learning for users to optimise their use of MYOB. Sonya’s passion for education and bookkeeping shines through her work. Sonya is dedicated to empowering accountants and bookkeepers, fostering excellence, and driving small business success. - Jo McLeay (ICNZB)
Jo is a Master Bookkeeper and Treasurer of the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers. She holds a Diploma in Business and several software certifications. Jo has been bookkeeping since 2006, leaving her accounting firm role to start a small business while raising her family. After selling her first business in 2012, she launched Balance Up in 2015, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month. Jo loves helping clients, serving her community, and balancing business with family life.
