Meet the ACC Presenters

Debbie Dick

My name is Debbie. I have been with ACC for just over 20 years and have a passion for the entitlements side of the business, having spent my entire time at ACC working in this area. I have worked across calculating entitlements, managing teams, and now provide advice and support to help the business meet its obligations to the scheme and its clients.

I am based in Temuka, just north of Timaru, and live on a lifestyle block with my husband, two children, and a range of animals that keep us entertained.

Mark Byers

Hi, I’m Mark Byers, and I have been with ACC in the Payment Assessor role for 6.5 years. During my time at ACC, I have also been involved in a range of projects focused on improving and streamlining processes.

Outside of work, I am married with three children and three grandchildren, and I enjoy football and supporting Tottenham.

Alice Cairns

Kia ora, I’m Alice. I am a Level 2 Payments Assessor and have been with ACC for three years. During my time at ACC, I have mainly worked with Client Payments, along with gaining experience in the Recovery space.

Outside of work, I teach dance and perform at community dance events, hip hop competitions, and during time-outs for the Otago Nuggets basketball team.
