Please note: From the date your membership subscription is paid, you have two months to claim your free guide. No guides will be provided if claimed in January of the following year after the invoice was issued, as NZPPA stops producing guides at the start of the new year for the previous edition.

If you’ve submitted your guide request using the method below and haven’t received it, please check your spam folder for tracking information, as guides are sent by courier. If you can’t locate the tracking email, you have two months from the date of payment to raise this with NZPPA. After that period, we will not send a replacement guide. NZPPA members receive free online access to the NZPPA Payroll Practice Guide, which is updated throughout the year as new changes are made. From 2025 onwards, members can also order one free physical copy per membership year of the latest edition of the guide (as current at the time of ordering), once annual subs are paid.

To avoid delivery issues, please fully complete the order form linked below and click submit to place your order.

All guides are sent via parcel post with tracking. Tracking details are only sent if there’s a delivery issue. If the delivery address you provide is incorrect, NZPPA will not send a replacement. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is accurate.

Delivery timeframe:
Guides are shipped once a week (on Mondays) for all orders received in the previous week. We do not hold bulk stock, as updates may occur at any time. Each guide sent is the most current version available.

Which membership types receive the free guide?

The free physical copy of the NZPPA Payroll Practice Guide is available to the following membership types: Individual, Company, Not-for-Profit, Overseas, and Corporate.
