Payroll is a business-critical activity managing one of the largest costs a business has and for this reason there must be various forms of documentation to support it.  The key is to focus on the must have of payroll documentation rather than creating documentation for the sake of documentation (don’t create a forest when you only need a tree).

In this webinar three key payroll documents will be investigated being the:

  • Payroll operational manual
  • Payroll process and procedure guide
  • Payroll system configuration

Each document will cover why it is needed, how it should be structured and what should be included. A basic template will be provided of each to attendees.
