Are you passionate about payroll? We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our company either part-time or full-time.

Our company offers a payroll bureau service – processing payrolls both in our offices and out on client sites. We also support the MYOB Exo Employer Services Software Suite, we specialize in implementing, training and supporting this and other payroll software.

This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills who knows the legislation and enjoys variety. It is not your typical payroll position so if you are up for a change and have the following . . .

  • 1-2 years payroll experience.
  • Good understanding of New Zealand legislation including The Holidays Act.
  • High-level organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer service skills – both written and oral.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Experience with MYOB Exo payroll software desirable but not essential.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Current NZ Drivers License
