Duration - 2 Days For Payroll Practitioners who perform HR activities as part of their job or want to know more about human resources. Purpose Human Resource Management can be defined as all the concepts, activities, strategies, policies and procedures organisations use in managing and developing the people who work within it. To achieve this, payroll practitioners need knowledge and understanding of HR to enable them to cater for the diverse HR needs of employees that they encounter in the payroll function. The course is run in a workshop format with practical examples and case studies that allow managers to explore topics in depth and aid in the transfer of learning back to their workplace. Day One
