Description of Organisation / Background:

Public Trust takes pride in helping New Zealanders grow and protect the important things in their lives. This is a permanent, part-time position (25 hours per week).

Description of position being advertised:

Responsible for managing the payroll function ensuring the regular and efficient payment of employee salaries. Also dealing with all issues and queries.

Key areas of Responsibility:

Ensuring employees are paid in accordance with employment agreements; ensure best practice complies with IRD etc; and maintain data integrity.

Educational Qualifications / Experience:

Previous sole charge (or lead role) of payroll function; PS2000 experience preferred; knowledge of payroll and related employment legislation.

Remuneration and Benefits:

Full time equivalent $55-60,000
