Delys has a commercial background in accountancy, working in the oil exploration and development industry both in New Zealand and internationally for 19 years. On her return to New Zealand in 2004, Delys joined Inland Revenue as an industry expert. She moved on to become a relationship manager working with large enterprise customers.

Delys is currently managing the establishment of Inland Revenues’ new Software Developers Liaison Unit. Delys has been working with the software industry to assist with customer compliance and moving towards easier and higher levels of e-channel usage.
