As a follow up to the IRD's SDLU*s email of 21 January 2010:

Section 8.3

Westpac have advised us of a new bank branch range of 1900-1999.

This change impacts on the bank account number validations

contained in section 8.3 of v3 of the 2010/2011 payroll

specification.

Section 2.2.3 and 2.2.4

Regarding the operating systems and web browsers contained in

sections of  2.2.3 and 2.2.4 of v3 we can confirm there are no

changes following our review

Section 6.9

We have received feedback from a developer this month that has

correctly pointed out an omission error i.e. the tax rate of

12.5% should be included in the Associated Rules column of Page

56 Sequence 5 of Section 6.9 Extra pay (Formerly extra

emoluments) - Primary Income.  We would like to advise you all of

this to avoid confusion.

Changes to Section 8.3 and 6.9  will be included in a refreshed

payroll specification 2010/2011 version to be released in late

February 2010.
